We sincerely appreciate your business and we want you to be satisfied with your order. However, under any circumstances that you are unsatisfied with the purchased product, you can return your item(s) through the following methods:

Generally, you will be asked to sign-in, or provide the email you used for the purchase. This will speed up the process and to simplify the transaction.
You will then select the refund method you’d want: original form of payment, online credit, or an exchange.
Online credit will be issued within 24hrs.
Once the return is completed, you will be prompted to pay and print out the return label and box the item to return back to Gold Empire Jewelry.
Once we receive the returned item, in its original condition, we will gladly issue a refund for reimbursement.
Returns will take 6-10 business days.
For in-store returns, you must present original packaging and receipts. All products returned within 14-days will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment, or for exchange. Items purchased through Paypal can not be returned in-store.
All custom design pieces and engravings from Gold Empire Jewelry are final and are not eligible for returns or refunds. Backed by our lifetime guarantee for custom products, our experts will work with you to get your custom item(s) in the condition you have always wanted.
Terms and Conditions: Returned items must be in the original condition, not worn or altered and should be returned with all original documents. The refunding procedure is authorized based upon a thorough inspection to verify the item for misuse or alterations. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the date you receive your order. Prior to returning the merchandise, you must contact us first to get a RAN, Return Authorization Number. All returns must be provided with a tracking number for our reference.
