Ladies 14k rose gold diamond and ruby heart shape pendant / necklace (NEK-7053). The pendant features 0.42 carats of 8 natural premium cut natural round brilliants (Approx. G/VS2 quality) shared prong set on the left side and 0.46 carats of diamond cut quality red rubies also shared prong set on the right of the heart pendant. Also featured is a rose gold 1.30 mm diamond cut cable chain specially soldered to each side lobe of the heart pendant. The pendant measures 15 x 14 mm and the total necklace length is 18". Lastly a "14K" stamp is included on the lobster lock of the chain to signify the authenticity of the gold kata.
